Most Expensive Homes List includes Coeur d’Alene

Researchers at Porch used data from Realtor.com and ranked metropolitan areas by the typical price of a 2,000 square foot home to find the most and least expensive homes. It is somewhat surprising to see Coeur d’Alene on the same list as Lahaina as one of the locations with the most expensive homes.

Coeur d’Alene was also recently named by the Wall Street Journal as being one of the hottest emerging markets.
